Welcome
The Royal Air Force (Reserve Forces) Small Arms Association is a shooting club of people who enjoy competitive target shooting of all standards of ability, i.e. ranging from beginners to experts.
Members are welcome from people linked to the RAF either as current Royal Auxiliary personnel, RAF Volunteer Reserve (Training) Branch, Adult Sergeants/Flight Sergeants and Warrant Officers of the Air Training Corps (ATC); Civilian Instructors (CI) of the ATC, Cadet Warrant Officers, ATC Instructor Cadets aged 18 and over, and retired personnel of the RAF, including retired persons who would have qualified as full Members if still serving.
Our Aims and Objectives
Our Aims and Objectives is to provide competitive target shooting for our Members, including Air Pistol, .22 Rifle, both short and long range and centre fire rifles. Our Association is run by a committee of members. In addition, teams are selected to represent the RAF Reserve Forces in inter-service shooting competitions.
